This series of hydraulic motors are high-performance orbital hydraulic drive units specially designed for harvester shaker systems. They feature a 4-bolt square flange mounting, a 31.75mm (1.25-inch) flat key output shaft and SAE standard port configuration, making them an ideal drive option for the shaking devices of various combine harvesters, peanut, tomato and berry harvesters.

As the core driving component of the shaker system, this motor adopts the proven Gerotor/Geroler gear set design, which efficiently converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to drive the shaker to generate high-frequency reciprocating oscillating motion (the vibration frequency is usually adjustable). This separates crops from plants and feeds them into the collecting hopper through the conveying trough.

This series adopts an advanced structural design of axial valve distribution or disc valve distribution:

• High-pressure starting performance: The hydraulic valve plate is synchronized with the output shaft via a universal shaft. When the shaker starts up, it provides precise liquid supply and discharge for the working chamber, ensuring smooth output of high-frequency oscillation energy without lag.
• Automatic wear compensation: The valve plate can automatically compensate for wear during operation, maintaining high volumetric efficiency for a long time and adapting to the high-frequency operation of the shaker tens of thousands of times per day.
• Minimum pressure loss: The optimized flow channel design greatly reduces internal pressure drop. Under the same input flow rate, it achieves a wider speed (frequency) adjustment range to adapt to different crops.

2. Gerotor / Geroler Roller Gear Set - Rolling Friction, High Efficiency and Durability
It adopts a mature and reliable cycloidal rotor / cycloidal roller gear set design:

• Rolling friction: The Geroler roller design or precision Gerotor rotor design replaces sliding surface contact, delivering significantly higher mechanical efficiency than traditional solutions (5-8% higher efficiency than ordinary gear sets) and low temperature rise under long-term vibration working conditions.
• High starting torque: The starting torque can reach over 90% of the theoretical torque, ensuring stable startup without creeping of the shaker under heavy-load and harsh starting conditions.
• Vibration absorption: The roller swing design absorbs vibration impact and extends the service life of the gear pair.
• Low-noise operation: Optimized gear parameters enable smooth and quiet operation, lowering noise during field work.
