The BMV series is a high-performance cycloidal hydraulic motor that adopts an advanced Geroler gear set and a disc-type valve distribution structure. 1. High-pressure driving capability
The BMV series is a high-pressure model among cycloid motors, with a maximum continuous working pressure of up to 20 MPa (2900 PSI) and a peak pressure as high as 28 MPa (4000 PSI)
. This enables the BMV series to handle heavy-duty working conditions that other motors of the same displacement cannot withstand, providing sufficient power reserves for equipment.
2. Advanced disc-type distribution technology
It adopts an end-face distribution (Disc Distribution Flow) structure, with the following prominent advantages:
• Automatic wear compensation: The distribution disc can automatically compensate for wear during operation, maintaining high volumetric efficiency for a long time.
• Low starting pressure: The optimized flow channel design allows the starting torque to reach more than 90% of the theoretical torque.
• Excellent low-speed stability: It can run smoothly even at extremely low speeds without crawling.
3. Strong load-carrying capacity
• Heavy-duty tapered roller bearings: The output shaft is supported by double tapered roller bearings, which can withstand extremely high radial and axial loads
• Superior load-carrying performance to the BMT series: The BMV series has a higher load-carrying capacity than BMT motors of the same specification, making it particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications such as traction drives.
