The Rexroth A10VG series is a swash plate axial piston pump designed for closed-circuit mobile hydraulic applications. It is widely used in compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and small construction equipment that requires reliable high-torque drive performance under continuous load.
We supply complete A10VG series pumps and individual replacement parts. The internal repair kit contains core components: cylinder block, valve plate, pistons, retainer plate, ball guide, drive shaft, swash plate, and saddle bearing.
Each component is manufactured to Rexroth OEM specifications. Cylinder block bores are precision-honed, valve plates are lapped for a tight sealing surface, and pistons are heat-treated for wear resistance. Rexroth A10VG Series Hydraulic Pumps
I've rebuilt a lot of these pumps over the years. The A10VG is the travel pump on the small excavators - the 2 to 10 ton machines that you see on just about every residential construction site. It's a closed-circuit axial piston pump. Simple design, reliable, and rebuildable.
When it starts making that low whine, or one track moves slower than the other, you know it's time to tear it down. Most shops just rebuild it. Buying a whole new OEM pump costs a fortune, and there's no guarantee the new one will last longer than the old one did.
We make the parts you need to do that rebuild. The internals are what wear out, and that's our bread and butter. Cylinder block, valve plate, pistons, retainer plate, ball guide, drive shaft, swash plate, saddle bearings, bearing seats, press pins. We don't bother with seals and gaskets - you can get those anywhere cheap. The expensive stuff is what determines how long the pump lasts, and that's what we make.
Four sizes in the series. The A10VG18 and A10VG28 go on the 2 to 6 ton machines. The A10VG45 and A10VG63 are for the 6 to 10 ton excavators.
Every part we ship is made to match the original Rexroth specs. Bores are honed. Valve plates are lapped. Pistons are heat-treated. We check everything before it leaves the warehouse.
