The Rexroth A4V series is a swash plate axial piston pump designed for closed-circuit mobile hydraulic applications. It is widely used in tracked excavators, wheel loaders, road milling machines, and other heavy construction equipment that requires reliable high-torque drive performance under continuous load.
We supply complete A4V series pumps and individual replacement parts. The internal repair kit contains 7 core components: cylinder block, valve plate, 9 pistons, retainer plate, ball guide, drive shaft, and swash plate.
Each component is manufactured to Rexroth OEM specifications. Cylinder block bores are precision-honed, valve plates are lapped for a tight sealing surface, and pistons are heat-treated for wear resistance. Available for fast shipment worldwide, with custom OEM/ODM packaging and private-label support.

Rexroth A4V Series - Hydraulic Pump Parts
The A4V series is one of those pumps you see on every other excavator coming through the shop. Rexroth built it to last, but after 8,000 to 10,000 hours the internals start wearing out - pressure drops, it starts making noise, and eventually you're rebuilding it or replacing the whole unit.
We stock the replacement parts you need. The rebuild kit for the A4V line includes the cylinder block, valve plate, nine pistons, retainer plate, ball guide, drive shaft, and saddle bearing. Those are the seven components that actually wear. Everything else - seals, o-rings, gaskets - is cheap and easy. The expensive stuff is what goes inside.
The series runs from the A4V40 up through the A4V56, A4V71, A4V90, A4V125, and the big A4V250. There's also the A4V0130 and the A4VD250 for heavier applications. Whatever size you're working on, the internal parts follow the same wear pattern. The cylinder block bore scores, the valve plate pits, the pistons lose their seal, and the saddle bearing gets sloppy.
We make these parts to match the original Rexroth tolerances. The bores are honed, the valve plates are lapped, and the pistons are heat-treated. We don't cut corners on the parts that matter.
