Variable pump operation and maintenance

Variable pumps are expensive and sensitive to oil pollution. The following matters should be noted during the first operation and daily maintenance:
1. Filling the pump with oil: Before starting the oil pump, fill the oil pump from the oil filling port until it is full. If the oil pump is started before filling, it may fail due to insufficient lubrication.
2. The oil pump cannot be reversed: Pay attention to the motor wiring, reversing may damage the oil pump.
3. Low-speed and low-pressure test run: Repeatedly start and shut down the motor to release the air in the pump and the suction oil. Input 10% of the pressure and flow, and start the forward and backward movements of the shooting platform to exhaust the flow and pressure valves. After running for ten minutes, if there is no abnormal sound in the oil system, it can be started normally. If the machine is used again after being stopped for a period of time, it is also necessary to start it in this way.
4. Selection of hydraulic oil: The hydraulic oil should be 20-200Cstnian viscosity hydraulic oil, and it is recommended to use high-quality hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 30-50cST. When the oil temperature is below 5 degrees, the hydraulic oil should be heated. The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil should be kept below NAS10, and the return oil filter element should be cleaned every three months to keep the oil circuit unobstructed and clean.
5. The oil level is kept above the middle of the oil dipstick: When the oil level is too low, the air contained in the hydraulic oil is not fully released, causing the oil pump to produce loud noise and damage.
