High Flow Solenoid Solenoid Sectional Diverter Control Valve DVS90
High Flow Solenoid Solenoid Sectional Diverter Control Valve DVS90
The precise control core of high-flow hydraulic systems
In large-scale hydraulic equipment such as construction cranes, mining loaders, and industrial presses, fluid flow control directly affects operational efficiency and safety. These devices often require rapid switching between multiple hydraulic circuits-for example, a crane needs to simultaneously control boom lifting and hook rotation, which demands a valve that can handle high flow rates while maintaining precise pressure regulation. The High Flow Solenoid Sectional Diverter Control Valve DVS90 is engineered to meet this need, combining high flow capacity with electromagnetic control to ensure stable fluid distribution. As a high flow solenoid valve, it can handle up to 300L/min of hydraulic oil, far exceeding the capacity of standard solenoid valves, making it ideal for equipment with large displacement hydraulic pumps.
The DVS90 hydraulic valve features a sectional design that allows flexible integration into complex hydraulic systems. Its modular structure supports the addition of diverter or check valve sections, adapting to different equipment layouts-whether it's a loader requiring dual-circuit control for the bucket and lifting arm, or a press needing synchronized flow to multiple cylinders. This versatility, paired with its high flow capability, makes it a cornerstone of large hydraulic systems.
Core advantages: Dual breakthroughs in high traffic volume and precise control
The high flow solenoid valve design of the DVS90 eliminates the bottleneck of traditional valves in large systems. When a mining loader operates, it requires 250L/min of oil to drive its heavy-duty bucket-standard valves would cause pressure drops, slowing operation. The DVS90, as a high flow solenoid valve, maintains a pressure loss of less than 0.5MPa even at maximum flow, ensuring the loader's bucket lifts at full speed. Its electromagnetic control responds in 0.05 seconds, enabling rapid switching between "digging" and "dumping" modes without lag.
The DVS90 hydraulic valve also excels in durability and stability. Its valve core is made of high-strength alloy steel, with a surface hardness of HRC 60 to resist wear from long-term high-flow oil scouring. The seal uses a composite material resistant to high pressure and temperature, maintaining tightness even in -20°C to 80°C environments. For equipment working in dusty mines or humid construction sites, this robustness reduces leakage risks and extends maintenance intervals by 50% compared to ordinary valves.
Product Description
The XLF-DVS90 Solenoid Sectional Diverter Control Valve is a hydraulic component designed for precise control in various industrial applications. Here are some key features and technical specifications of the DVS90 valve:
Functionality: The DVS90 is a 6-way valve with an alternating spool, allowing for sectional types to achieve 8-way or 10-way circuits. It can be used to control multiple hydraulic consumers alternately with a single directional control valve.
Mounting: It supports flange mounting, which provides a secure and stable connection in hydraulic systems.
Coil Options: The valve is available with coils that support various feeding voltages, making it adaptable to different electrical systems.
Applications: It is used in applications such as agriculture machines, construction machines, forestry machines, and drilling machines, where precise control of hydraulic flow is required.
Technical Specifications:
Nominal Flow: 90 LPM
Maximum Operating Pressure: 315 bar with load, 210 bar without load
Viscosity: 15-380 mm2/s, compliant with NAS 1638 standards
Ambient Temperature Range: From -30°C to +50°C
Coil Temperature: Up to 180°C
Additional Features: The valve is designed to handle high pressures and has a spring return feature for fail-safe operation. It also undergoes anti-rust treatment, with a salty spray test to ensure durability.
Sectional DVS90 Series
1. 6-way with alternating spool; it's sectional type to obtain 8-way or 10 way circuit.
2. It's possible to flange mounting a block with cross return anti-shock valves.
3. Coils with several feeding voltage are available.
4. They are used as link between two consumers and the basic directional valve, when we want to control both consumers alternately by means of one basic directional control valve.
5. Diverters are used to add an extra facility to the directional control valve when it is needed for a sequence of operations such as a safety operation or to control a selected hydraulic cylinder.
6. The stackable circuit selector valves allow one single drive fo 6 users with 5 diverters connected in series.
7. Please note the drainline must be connected back to tank at all times.
