Working principle of plunger pump A2FO series
The A2F series oblique axis quantitative pump/motor is currently one of the most popular hydraulic components both domestically and internationally. It can be interchanged with products of the same model and specifications abroad. The A2F series oblique axis quantitative pump/motor is a reversible component, equipped with different flow plates and back covers, which can meet the needs of various hydraulic systems. Therefore, it is widely used in open and closed hydraulic systems of metallurgy, mining, petroleum, construction, engineering machinery, railways, ships, plastic processing, light industry, machine tools and other machinery.
Working principle of A2F series oblique axis axial piston quantitative pump:
1. Pump operating conditions
The function of a pump is to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. When the electric motor drives the main shaft of the pump to rotate, the connecting rod plunger drives the cylinder body to rotate. Due to the angle between the cylinder body axis and the main shaft axis, the plunger moves back and forth in the cylinder body, causing a volume change in the plunger hole inside the cylinder body. When the volume increases from small to large, the medium is sucked in from the pump inlet and enters the plunger hole through the low-pressure window of the distribution plate; When the volume changes from large to small, the medium is discharged from the pump outlet through the high-pressure window of the distribution plate. In this way, the spindle rotates once, and each plunger hole completes the process of suction and discharge.
2. Motor operating conditions
The function of a motor is to convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. When high-pressure oil enters the cylinder block plug hole through the high-pressure window of the distribution plate from the oil inlet of the motor, it drives the plunger to move. Due to the angle between the cylinder block axis and the spindle axis, the hydraulic pressure acts on the spindle through the connecting rod, generating a tangential force to drive the spindle to rotate and output torque. The oil that has worked simultaneously is squeezed out of the plunger hole by the inertia rotation of the cylinder block, and discharged from the motor oil outlet through the low-pressure window of the oil distribution plate.






A2F series oblique axis axial piston constant displacement pump uses:
1. Usage conditions
a. Oil temperature: The normal operating temperature of A2F series pumps/motors is generally between -25 ℃ and 80 ℃, with a maximum of 90 ℃. When the temperature is below 10 ℃, heating measures should be taken.
b. Medium viscosity: The viscosity range of the working medium should be between 16-43mm2/s (millimeter pool). When the seasonal temperature difference is too large to meet the viscosity requirements, the working medium should be replaced.
c. Oil filtration accuracy: * Oil filtration accuracy 5-10um, with a minimum of 25um.
2. The commonly used working pressure of the pump/motor should not exceed the rated value, and the recommended commonly used working speed should not exceed 60% of the maximum value. Instantaneous should not exceed the high value of zui. Zui high value is generally used continuously for no more than 1 minute, and the cumulative working time per shift does not exceed 10%.
3. The allowable pressure for oil leakage in the inner cavity of the shell is 0.1Mpa.
Installation requirements for A2F series oblique axis axial piston constant displacement pump:
a. The pump, motor, and prime mover or angle load are connected using elastic couplings, and the coaxiality of the connection should not exceed 0.1mm.
b. When installing the coupling, avoid using a hammer and choose a reasonable fit.
c. The bracket for installing the pump and motor should have sufficient stiffness to prevent vibration.
d. When installing pumps and motors, the leaking oil port must be in a high position, and the leaking oil pipe must be higher than the high point of the pump and motor to ensure that the pump and motor housing is filled with oil.
e. When the pump is self priming, the installation position of the pump should be lower than the low liquid level in the oil tank.
f. The pipe heads and fittings connected to pumps and motors should be strictly cleaned, and no debris or rust is allowed to remain inside the pipes.
Test run of A2F series oblique axis axial piston constant displacement pump:
1. Inspection before operation
a. Check if the pump and motor are in good condition, and if the manual spindle is even. If the storage time of the pump and motor is too long, they should be disassembled and cleaned first.
b. Check whether the various pipelines, oil tanks, and components of the system are cleaned thoroughly.
c. Check whether the installation system connection of the pump and motor is correct and reliable; Is the bracket of the pump and motor sufficiently rigid.
d. Check whether the steering of the pump and motor matches the steering of the prime mover and load, and whether the connection and steering of the inlet and outlet oil ports are correct.
e. Check if the medium grade meets the viscosity requirements; Does the accuracy of the oil filter meet the requirements.
f. Check if the inner chambers of the pump and motor are filled with medium; Whether the leaking pipeline meets the requirements.
2. Test run
a. Loosen the pressure control valve to start the pump at no load. The motor starts at 10% of the rated value by reducing the load.
b. The pump and motor start at no load or low load, low speed. Pay attention to the operation of the pump and motor when starting, and check if there are any abnormal phenomena in the system.
c. Remove air from the system. Closed systems can exhaust through exhaust holes, while open systems can exhaust air from the pipes by idling for a period of time.
d. Under normal operation of the pump, motor, and system, run at no load (at 10% of the rated pressure) for about 30 minutes, then gradually increase the pressure and speed until the rated condition is reached.
e. Check if there are any common phenomena such as external leakage, noise, vibration, temperature rise, etc. in the pump, motor, and system. If it is abnormal, it should be stopped immediately for inspection until it is repaired before conducting a trial run.
Maintenance and upkeep of A2F series oblique axis axial piston constant displacement pump:
In order to maximize the efficiency and prolong the service life of the pump/motor, users should reasonably establish a quality inspection cycle and replacement cycle for the medium, as well as a cleaning cycle for the oil filter and oil tank, based on the working conditions during normal operation of the pump/motor, in order to maintain the quality and cleanliness of the system medium. The recommended cycle for replacing media and cleaning oil filters and tanks is 3-6 months. When replacing media, it is prohibited to mix new and old media.
