The BK2 series hydraulic motor braking system is a normally closed wet multi-disc brake specially designed for heavy-duty mechanical equipment, which adopts the working principle of high-strength spring braking and hydraulic release. Represented by the model BK2-1-430-A-A, it has a maximum opening pressure of 300 bar and a minimum static braking torque of 410-450 Nm, and can provide reliable safety braking protection for equipment such as walking machinery, cranes, and winches. This braking system can be directly matched and installed with cycloidal hydraulic motors of BMP, BMR, BMS and other series, making it an ideal choice for realizing static braking function in hydraulic drive systems.

1. High-performance wet multi-disc design

• Spring-applied/hydraulic-released: Adopting a normally closed design, the high-strength spring automatically applies braking force when there is no hydraulic pressure, ensuring the safety of equipment parking; the brake is released through hydraulic pressure, with precise and controllable operation.
• High-friction material: Using specially formulated friction plates and high-strength springs, it provides a reliable static braking torque of 410-450 Nm, meeting the braking requirements of heavy-duty equipment.
