The Rexroth A2F series is a bent-axis axial piston pump designed for open-circuit mobile and industrial hydraulic applications. It is widely used in excavators, forestry machinery, mining equipment, and industrial systems that require reliable high-pressure performance under continuous load.

We supply complete A2F series pumps and individual replacement parts. The internal repair kit contains 8 core components: cylinder block, valve plate, 7 pistons, set plate, drive shaft, center pin, half-rings, and socket bolts.

Cylinder block bores are precision-honed, valve plates are lapped for a tight sealing surface, and pistons are heat-treated for wear resistance. Rexroth A2F Series Bent-Axis Pumps

I've rebuilt a lot of these pumps over the years. The A2F is the bent-axis design you'll see on excavators, forestry equipment, mining gear - all kinds of stuff. It's not a swash plate design, it's bent-axis, which means the piston block tilts at an angle. Different internal geometry, different wear pattern.

When it starts whining, or the pressure drops off, you know it's on its way out. Most shops just rebuild it. Buying a whole new OEM pump costs a fortune, and there's no guarantee the new one lasts longer.

We make the parts you need to do that rebuild. Cylinder block, valve plate, pistons, set plate, drive shaft, center pin, half-rings, socket bolts. We don't bother with seals and gaskets - you can get those anywhere cheap. The expensive stuff is what determines how long the pump lasts, and that's what we make.
