Program of pump drive shaft and machine output shaft Max.0.05mm. The inside of spline bushing worn parts has been replaced at the proper time , or Coaxial degree might have influence . Measurement the pump of brack installation and connection structure verticality less 0.05mm. It must be check machine drive and pump drive shaft Concentricity within 0.05mm .

When replace new pump , it requirements fill up with hydraulic oil inlet position , and turn a half circle direction to pump
rotation . The gear pump inspection shall be done in this side. After installing, check if the connecting head , seal oring , leak oil , leak out of this pipe . Within 20 mins keeping low speed operation when start up machine ; Be assurance pump inlet tube and flange withou air . The machihe will not be operation and burn shaft if pressure insufficient .
