Pressure compensator control - code A

Under pre adjusted compensator pressure, the pump will provide continuously adjusted flow to meet changing load requirements. If the pressure is lower than the set value of the compensator, the pump will operate at a high displacement.

Warning: The pressure compensator may be adjusted beyond the rated pressure of the pump. When adjusting the pressure limiter, install a 0-350bar (0-5000) pressure gauge on the outlet pressure gauge to limit the pressure setting to the continuous rated pressure corresponding to the pump displacement;

The pump will provide pump output power that matches the system load requirements, enabling any directional control valve installed between the pump and load to achieve high efficiency and improve load throttling characteristics.

The load sensing ensures that the pump always only provides the flow required by the load, and the working pressure of the pump is adjusted to the actual load pressure plus the pressure difference required by the control action. When the system does not require power, the load sensing control will be in energy-saving standby mode.

Usually, the pressure difference is between the pressure inlet and the working port of the proportional directional valve (or load sensing directional valve).

If the load pressure exceeds the system pressure setting, the pressure compensator reduces the pump displacement. The load sensing pipeline must be as short as possible and can also be used for remote control or unloading of pump pressure.
